For years Bruno Michel wanted to make a champagne without using sulfur. He succeeded when he produced this cuvée from the Demi-Lune parcel. This unusual wine, made from 100% Pinot Meunier, surprises the taster with its nose of pear, baked apples and pastries. The champagne’s flavor is also unique and perfumed, and reveals delicate notes of white fruits, white flowers and orange blossoms.
This cuvée has a nice crispness, a pale gold color and has fine and persistent bubbles.
